The present invention relates to a holder supporting stably a fishing rod when a user goes fishing in a river or reservoir while spreading several fishing rods. The present invention has a holder assembly capable of adjusting angles horizontally and vertically to support a fishing rod strongly and stably. In particular, the present invention implements a new fishing rod holding method which applies an angle lever capable of fixing the fishing rod lifted upwardly when the fishing rod is not used to allow a user to use the fishing rod conveniently without any setting maneuver when the fishing rod is used again.
