The present invention provides a net-like body which ensures a uniform mesh pattern that allows the net-like body to be adequately used as a barrier material for fences and which has adequate hardness and strength, and which is capable of being installed independently and preventing climbing of vines and damage by animal. Provided is a net-like body that is obtained by weaving warp and weft monofilaments made of polyolefin resin, wherein: a plurality of adjacent warp and weft groups, each being formed by adjacently placing a plurality of the monofilaments in parallel with each other, are disposed intermittently so as to form a configuration that has a plurality of 4-100mm2 openings; intersections at which the adjacent warp and weft groups intersect with each other are each integrated by bonding; at least some of the adjacent monofilaments in each adjacent warp and weft group are integrated by bonding; and the net-like body has a tensile strength of at least 1,000 N/5 cm in both the warp and weft directions.
