PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants-type disposable diaper which can suppress generation of a corner with hard touch in a disposal tape after extension.SOLUTION: An external surface of a diaper 1 is provided with a disposal tape 10. In the disposal tape 10, a fixing part 12, an extension part 15 and a fastening part 18 are arranged along a longer direction X1 of the disposal tape 10 in this order, and are laminated in this order to form a three-folded state. The extension part 15 is extendable in the longer direction X1 of the disposal tape 10 in an expanded state of releasing a three-folded state. The disposal tape 10 has in the expanded state a first connection area 31 in which the extension part 15 and the fastening part are overlapped, and a second connection area 32 in which the extension part 15 and the fixing part 12 are overlapped, and one or both of the connection areas have a joint area 33, and a non-joint area 36 which is positioned more at a central part side in the longer direction X1 than the joint area 33, and in which the extension part 15 and the fastening part 18 or the fixing part 12 are not joined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】伸長後の廃棄用テープに硬い感触の角が生じることを抑制することができるパンツ型使い捨ておむつを提供すること。【解決手段】おむつ１の外面に廃棄用テープ１０が設けられている。廃棄用テープ１０は固定部１２と伸長部１５と止着部１８とが、この順で廃棄用テープ１０の長手方向Ｘ１に沿って配置され、この順で積層された三つ折り状態になっている。伸長部１５は、三つ折り状態を解除した展開状態において廃棄用テープ１０の長手方向Ｘ１に伸長可能である。廃棄用テープ１０は、前記展開状態において、伸長部１５と止着部とが重なる第１連結領域３１と、伸長部１５と固定部１２とが重なる第２連結領域３２とを有し、これら連結領域の何れか一方又は双方は、接合領域３３と、該接合領域３３より長手方向Ｘ１の中央部側に位置し、伸長部１５と止着部１８又は固定部１２とが接合されていない非接合領域３６とを有している。【選択図】図４
