PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper which enables even a person who is unaccustomed to the use of a disposable diaper to naturally cross-fix a fixing tape along the line of the body, and which can easily prevent a gap from being generated around the waist and the leg sections of the wearer.SOLUTION: This diaper is constituted of a rear body section 1, a front body section 2, and a crotch section 3 which is located between the rear body section 1 and the front body section 2. The rear body section 1 is fitted with, two pairs or more of the fixing tape 10 in a manner to extend from each side edge on the right and the left of the rear body section 1. The front body section 2 is provided with a front patch 20 for fixing the fixing tape 10.
