The present invention relates to a grass block using a red-clay composite and a parking lot using the same. The grass block including a vegetation space where grass can be planted is made of a red-clay composite composed of red-clay powder, calcium hydroxide, blast furnace slag, gravel, sand, a water-reducing agent, a binder resin, and water. The grass block using the red-clay composite according to the present invention obtains predetermined solidity, excellent water-containing efficiency, and excellent air permeability by being manufactured of the red-clay composite, thereby increasing the growth rate of grass by providing an environment proper to the growth of grass.
