The apparatus complex for the continuous production of microalgae, operating in the water space, comprising a microalgae production support system arranged accordingly to ensure the continuous production of microalgae in said water space, said microalgae production support system comprising (a) an external barrier barrier capable of floating structure appropriately arranged to enclose said hardware complex continuous production of microalgae, and wherein said outer barrier structure delineates an inner perimeter and an outer perimeter, wherein said inner perimeter delineates a region of a water body, and wherein said outer barrier structure is appropriately configured to provide protection from waves of said region of a water body； and (b) a floating algae processing and control unit is located inside said body of water, said floating algae processing and control unit, further comprising a microalgae storage tank immersed in water mechanically coupled and hydraulically connected to said floatable microalgae processing and control unit； and a system for the continuous production of microalgae, comprising: (a) at least one two-zone continuous production photobioreactor arranged for operation under water, regardless of whether it is contained in the atmosphere, delivered from the ground or supplied from a ship carbon dioxide1.
