The method comprising: constructing a controllable resistor network of which the resistance can be adjusted; when the motor is in the operation state of identifying the initial position of the rotor, increasing the resistance of the controllable resistor network, and a current sampling connection terminal (CDET) outputs an equivalently amplified current sampling signal; when the motor is in the starting state or in the normal operation state, decreasing the resistance of the controllable resistor network, and the current sampling connection terminal outputs a normal current sampling signal.
