PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee orthosis that can obtain a correction effect to make a thigh have an internal rotation in the ending extension of a knee.SOLUTION: A knee orthosis is provided with a stopper member 32 and a stopper 33 for regulating a turning angle in the spread direction between a thigh frame unit 10 conformed to a thigh D inside of a leg and a lower leg frame unit 20 conformed to a leg region K in the ending extension of a knee, in a turnable joint unit 30 between the thigh frame unit 10 and the lower leg frame unit 20. A thigh mounting unit 40 is flexibly attached to a thigh frame unit 10, and a lower leg mounting unit 50 is rigidly attached to the lower leg frame unit 20. Thereby, a forward force when the leg is stepped forward is made to act as a torsion moment for making the thigh D have the internal rotation to the leg region K of a landing side by using the thigh frame unit 10 regulated of the turning in the spread direction inside of the knee as a fulcrum in the ending extension of the knee.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】膝の終末伸展時に大腿部を内旋させる矯正効果が得られる膝装具を提供することである。【解決手段】脚の内側で大腿部Dに沿わせる大腿フレーム部10と下腿部Kに沿わせる下腿フレーム部20との回動可能なジョイント部30に、膝の終末伸展時に大腿フレーム部10と下腿フレーム部20との拡がり方向の回動角度を規制するストッパ部材32とストッパ33を設け、大腿装着部40を大腿フレーム部10に柔軟性を持たせて取り付け、下腿装着部50を下腿フレーム部20に剛性を持たせて取り付けることにより、膝の終末伸展時に、足を踏み出すときの前向きの力が、膝の内側で拡がり方向の回動を規制された大腿フレーム部10を支点として、着地側の下腿部Kに対して大腿部Dを内旋させる捻じりモーメントとして作用するようにした。【選択図】図1
