PURPOSE: A knee joint auxiliary device is provided to improve following accuracy on the rotation centroid locus of knee joint and to be applicable to passive and active systems. CONSTITUTION: A knee joint auxiliary device comprises a knee joint part(10), a thigh frame(20), a thigh joint(21), a shin frame(22), a shin joint(23), and a footwear joint(24). The thigh frame is combined with the knee joint part. The shin frame is combined with the knee joint part. The knee joint part rotates the shin frame against the thigh frame and has a variable rotation centroid mechanism.본 발명은 가변형 회전중심 메커니즘을 보유한 슬관절 보조장치에 관한 것으로, 슬관절 보조장치는 인체의 무릎 관절에 해당하는 슬관절부와, 각각 슬관절부에 결합되는 허벅지 프레임과 정강이 프레임을 포함하며, 슬관절부는 허벅지 프레임에 대하여 정강이 프레임을 회전시키고, 정강이 프레임의 회전중심을 변화시키는 가변형 회전중심 메커니즘을 가진다. 특히, 슬관절부는 인체 슬관절의 생역학적 회전중심 궤적으로부터 도출되며 하나의 굴곡각에 대해서도 여러 위치로 움직일 수 있는 자유도를 가지는 슬롯을 구비할 수 있다.
