PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement support device for preventing a major cause for the backache of a caretaker due to the continuous support of the excessive weight of a user having a weakened crouch, although the shortage of the leg force of the user has been compensated by the force of the caretaker in the transition help in a hospital or a welfare institution.SOLUTION: A rope with a weight is applied to a pulley at a strut upper end. The rope on the opposite side of the weight is pulled down against the weight by applying the hand to the end of the rope. If the waist of the user is pulled up, moreover, the pulling-up force of the caretaker can be lightened by the weight to reduce the burden on the waist. The subsequent caring operation is the same as that of the prior art so that the help is simple and safe for both of the user and the caretaker.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 病院や福祉施設での移乗介助は、足腰の弱った利用者の脚力不足を、すべて介護者の力で補ってきた。しかし、その利用者の過大な重量を支え続けることが、介護者の腰痛の主な原因となっている。【解決手段】 支柱上端の滑車に、錘付きのロープを掛ける。錘に対して反対側のロープの端に手を掛けて、錘の重さに逆らって押し下げる。そして、利用者の腰の部分を引き上げれば、介護者の引上げ力を錘の重量だけ軽減し、腰の負担を減らすことができる。以後の介助動作は従来通りだから、利用者と介護者の双方にとって簡単かつ安全な介助となる。【選択図】図1
