PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of colorful cosmetic is provided to prevent the equalization of dispersity and the residue of giant particles, thereby improving coloring performance and adhesion of cosmetic. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of colorful cosmetic comprises a step of pre-dispersing colorant by using a ring mill, and a step of re-dispersing the pigment by using a homo mixer. During pre-dispersion, the pigment is manufactured to powder type by using a Henchel mixer for 15 minutes or longer. In the ring mill, an inner container is rotatably combined inside the outer container, thereby dispersing pigment put into gap between the inner and the outer container, rotated by the inner container. During re-dispersion, pigment are dispersed fro 15-25 minutes by 3000-4000 rpm.본 발명은 색소를 갖는 화장품의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 링 밀을 사용하여 색소를 사전 분산시키는 단계； 및 상기 사전 분산된 색소를 호모 믹서로 재분산시키는 단계；를 포함하여 이루어짐에 따라, 분산성의 균일화와 거대 입자의 잔류를 방지하여 화장품의 발색력과 밀착력을 향상된 색소 화장품을 제공할 수 있게 된다.
