To provide a fluid temperature adjustment device which inhibits influence caused by change of a posture of a worker to secure a stable body temperature adjustment function.SOLUTION: A fluid temperature adjustment device 200 includes a circuit unit, a housing 30 which houses the circuit unit, and a fixture 40. The circuit unit includes: a cold heat circuit having a compressor 211 which retains lubrication oil in a refrigerant system and a heat exchanger which cools or heats a fluid; and a fluid circuit which sends the fluid cooled or heated by the heat exchanger to a body temperature adjustment outfit. The housing 30 has: a front surface part; a rear surface part facing the front surface part; a bottom surface part in which the compressor 211 is installed; and a pedestal part which is provided between the compressor 211 and the bottom surface part and inclines the compressor 211 a predetermined angle relative to a vertical direction in a direction from the front surface part to the rear surface part.
