PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the movement of a temperature change substance without impairing flexibility.
SOLUTION: In a diaper in which an absorbing body 56 intervenes between a liquid permeability surface sheet 30 and a liquid impermeability sheet 11, when containing the granular temperature change substance 40 which brings temperature change by contact with moisture on the front surface side of a liquid impermeability sheet 11, the temperature change substance 40 is clamped between a front surface side member 58 and a back surface side member 56 respectively positioned on the front surface side and the back surface side. Also, a part of it is fused in a frame shape to the front surface side member 58 and the back surface side member 56, and the remaining part is enclosed in a movable state in a part surrounded by a frame-like fused part 41 without fusing it to the front surface side member and the back surface side member.
