Biglycan according to the present invention induces appetite suppression by suppressing the expression of Agrp and NPY, which are appetite promoting peptides, and increasing the expression of POMC, which is an appetite suppressing peptide, and thus is very useful as a medicine for treating obesity.La présente invention concerne une composition pour la prévention ou le traitement de l'obésité, contenant du biglycane en tant que principe actif. Le biglycane selon la présente invention induit la suppression de l'appétit en supprimant l'expression de Agrp et de NPY, qui sont des peptides favorisant l'appétit, et en augmentant l'expression de POMC, qui est un peptide de suppression de l'appétit, et est donc très utile en tant que médicament pour le traitement de l'obésité.본 발명은 비글리칸 (biglycan)을 유효성분으로 함유하는 비만의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 비글리칸은 식욕촉진 펩타이드인 Agrp 및 NPY의 발현 억제 및 식욕억제 펩타이드인 POMC의 발현 증가를 통해 식욕억제를 유도하므로, 비만의 치료제로 매우 유용하다.
