The present invention relates to a composition containing osmotin peptide as an active ingredient for the prevention or treatment of obesity. Specifically, the present invention provides a composition for the prevention or treatment of obesity wherein the osmotin peptide is osmotin peptide formed of nine amino acids, and as a result of administering the osmotin peptide via injection in the abdominal cavity for ten days, and collecting and analyzing blood, the weight of the osmotin peptide-administered group was confirmed to have markedly decreased compared to the weight of the unadministered group.La présente invention concerne une composition contenant le peptide osmotine comme principe actif pour la prévention ou le traitement de l'obésité. Spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne une composition contenant de l'osmotine pour la prévention ou le traitement de l'obésité, l'osmotine étant un peptide constitué de neuf acides aminés. Après administration d'osmotine par injection dans la cavité abdominale pendant dix jours, et après recueil et analyse du sang, le poids des sujets du groupe recevant l'osmotine a considérablement réduit par rapport au poids des sujets du groupe ne recevant pas l'osmotine.본 발명은 오스모틴 펩타이드를 유효성분으로 함유하는 비만의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상세하게는 상기 오스모틴 펩타이드는 9개의 아미노산으로 이루어진 오스모틴 펩타이드이며, 오스모틴 펩타이드를 10일간 복강 내 주사투여하고 혈액을 채취하여 분석한 결과, 비투여군에 비해 오스모틴 펩타이드 투여군의 체중이 현저하게 감소한 것을 확인함으로써 비만의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물로 제공하는 것이다.
