An optical coherence tomography (OCT) system with dual optical coherence tomography probes is provided comprising: an optical scope comprising a distal end； a first OCT probe； and, a second OCT probe, each of the first OCT probe and the second OCT probe mechanically attached to the optical scope, the first OCT probe and the second OCT probe being substantially paraxial and configured to focus on a same scanning area, the optical scope configured to optically image the same scanning area using the distal end, the first OCT probe having a higher resolution than the second OCT probe.La présente invention concerne un système de tomographie par cohérence optique (TCO) à deux sondes de tomographie par cohérence optique comprenant : un oscilloscope optique comprenant une extrémité distale ； une première sonde de TCO ； et, une seconde sonde de TCO, la première sonde de TCO et la seconde sonde de TCO étant fixées mécaniquement à l'oscilloscope optique, la première sonde de TCO et la seconde sonde de TCO étant sensiblement paraxiales et conçues pour être focalisées sur une même zone de balayage, l'oscilloscope optique étant conçu pour obtenir une image optique de la même zone de balayage à l'aide de l'extrémité distale, la première sonde de TCO ayant une meilleure résolution que la seconde sonde de TCO.
