The dentifrice composition is characterized in containing (A) calcium carbonate microparticles having an average primary particle diameter of 1 µm or smaller and (B) a polyethylene glycol having a high degree of polymerization. The dentifrice composition further contains (C) erythritol and (D) a fluorine compound.
