The essence of the invention is the treatment-prevention composition comprising magnesium citrate and water. The composition further comprises calcium carbonate, calcium citrate, calcium hydrocarbonate, magnesium hydrocarbonate, zinc citrate and calcium phosphate with the following component ratio, in grams: calcium carbonate - 0.5-50.0 calcium citrate - 2.5-250.0 calcium hydrocarbonate - 0.3-30.0 magnesium hydrocarbonate - 0.035-3.5 magnesium citrate - 0.035-3.5 zinc citrate - 0.025-2.5, calcium phosphate - 0.15-15.0 and water - 100.0.
