The invention relates to a bioinformatics system for identifying, by electronic means, the metabolic changes that converge at each of the physiological moments of economic, scientific and technological importance, related to the reproduction of the female, and the health of the animals in general, in the body fluids of domestic and/or wild mammals. The system encodes the information, analyses it, memorises it when each of the metabolic variables reaches a pre-determined level, and informs a receptor of the result.El sistema de bio-informática de la presente invención sirve para identificar por medios electrónicos, en los fluidos corporales de los mamíferos domésticos y/o salvajes, los cambios metabólicos que confluyen en cada uno de los momentos fisiológicos de importancia económica, científica y tecnológica, relacionados con la reproducción de la hembra, y con la salud de los animales en general. El sistema codifica la información, la analiza, la memoriza cuando cada una de las variables metabólicas llega a un nivel predeterminado, e informa a un receptor el suceso que acaba de acontecer.
