PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar body and mill device easily finely grinding the grinding objects and capable of performing grinding processing with excellent uniformity in grain-size distribution by just providing a groove of a mill blade with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A mortar body 62 to which the present invention is applied, includes: a disk-like mortar body 33 in which a shaft hole 35 located on a drive shaft 3 of a tea mill 1 is formed at a substantially center thereof; a rough blade 38 in which groove-shaped main groove parts 51-54 located on main helical lines 41-44 that circulate the periphery of the shaft hole 35 from the shaft hole 35 towards a peripheral edge part, are formed on a grinding surface 33a of the mortar body 33; a narrow blade 39 in which a groove-shaped sub groove part 55a located on a sub helical line 45 circulating on the grinding surface 33a so as to intersect with the main spiral lines 41-44 in a same direction is formed between the main groove parts 51-54 or on a main crest part 55 located at an adjacent position thereof; and a mill part 34 formed by including a weir structure on the main groove parts 51-54 so as to change a flowing direction of powdered tea 14 in mid-flow of the power tea 14 flowing therein during grinding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】ミル刃の溝内に簡単な構造を設けるだけで、被粉砕物の細粒化が容易で、粒度分布の均一性にも優れた粉砕処理が可能な臼体及びミル装置の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明を適用した臼体62は、お茶ミル1の駆動軸3上に位置する軸孔35が略中央に形成された円盤状の臼本体部33と、臼本体部33の臼挽き面33a上で、軸孔35から周縁部に向かって軸孔35周りを周回する主渦巻き線41~44上に位置する溝状の主溝部51~54が形成される粗刃38、及び臼挽き面33a上で、主渦巻き線41~44と同方向にて交差するように周回する副渦巻き線45上に位置する溝状の副溝部55aが、主溝部51~54間またはその隣接位置にある主山部55に形成される細刃39を有し、主溝部51~54に、臼挽き中にその内を流れる粉末茶14の流動途中で粉末茶14の流動方向を変更可能な堰構造を設けて成るミル部34とを備えたものである【選択図】図3
