PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a processing time of a food material using an enzyme.SOLUTION: A food material processing device comprises: a pot 22 for storing an aqueous enzyme solution 41 and a food material 40 a heater 23 for heating the pot a vacuum pump 26 for reducing pressure of the pot a thermistor 24 for measuring temperature of the pot and a microcomputer 30 for controlling the food material processing device.
