Disclosed is a method for preparing nano-fabric membrane electrically-radiated capable of being applied as a tissue engineering supporting body. The present invention is characterized by comprising the steps of: preparing a polyvinyl phosphonic acid (PVPA) solution having 0.1-1.0% v/v preparing the polyvinyl phosphonic acid (PVPA) solution having 0.1-1.0% v/v by putting, into 100ml of distilled water, 0.1-1.0 g of PVPA powder and by heating it at a temperature of 800°C preparing a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution having 12% w/v by putting, into 100 ml of distilled water, 12 g of PVA powder and by heating it at a temperature of 80°C mixing the polyvinyl phosphonic acid (PVPA) solution having 0.1-1.0% v/v with the PVA solution having 12% w/v and performing electrical radiation after putting the mixed solution into an electrical radiation machine.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014조직공학 지지체로 적용가능한 전기방사된 나노섬유 멤브레인의 제조방법이 개시되어 있다. 본 발명은 0.1% v/v ∼ 1.0% v/v의 폴리비닐포스폰산(PVPA) 용액을 준비하는 단계 100㎖의 증류수에 PVPA분말을 0.1 ∼ 1.0g 넣고 80℃의 온도로 열을 가하면서 0.1% v/v ∼ 1.0% v/v의 폴리비닐포스폰산(PVPA) 용액을 준비하는 단계 100㎖의 증류수에 PVA분말을 12g 넣고 80℃의 온도로 열을 가하면서 12% w/v의 폴리비닐알콜(PVA) 용액을 준비하는 단계 12% w/v의 PVA 용액에 0.1% v/v ∼ 1.0% v/v의 폴리비닐포스폰산(PVPA) 용액을 혼합하는 단계 및 상기 혼합된 용액을 전기방사기계에 넣고 전기방사를 실시하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
