PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly bed-wheelchair transfer assist device replaceably mounted on both sides of a bed by a simple configuration, and capable of assisting an assistance of a caregiver when a care-receiver moves between the bed and a wheelchair.SOLUTION: The bed-wheelchair transfer assist device comprises: a slide plate 100 that has an inverse-V shape curved at a cental part, the upper surface of which is treated by sliding work and the lower surfaces of which are treated by antislip work and a fixture 200 having a universal joint part 210 that rotationally fixes the slide plate 100 to a vertical pole 331 of a side rail 330 of a bed 300.
