PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable ready-to-assemble greening panel for greening a wall of a building or a fence.SOLUTION: Joints 5 are disposed on the top of a frame stabilizing foundation base to attach panel fixing poles at right and left ends and at the center. Respective panel fixing poles 2, 3 and 4 at the right and left ends and the center are inserted and fixed into the joints. The respective panel fixing poles are ready-to-assemble by one span: the upper end of each panel fixing pole is a joint 8, and an optionally selected number of panel fixing poles can be stacked. An L-shaped panel holding angle is disposed in such a direction that the panel fixing poles face each other. An upper frame 12 is inserted and fixed to joints 11 on the uppermost stage of the panel fixing poles. A partition plate angle 10 is disposed in the direction to face the bottom of each panel fixing pole, and a plurality of projections are disposed on the top. Each panel partition plate has a plurality of water holes 9 bored at optionally selected intervals, and a plurality of small holes 26 bored at both ends.
