PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic apparatus capable of performing radioscopy or radiography in a wider range by combining the slide of a C-type arm and the swing of a top plate.SOLUTION: When sliding is stopped after a C-type arm 28 is slid in a sagittal direction, a top plate 11 of a medical examination table tilts. When an angle θ formed by an axis line of an X-ray from an X-ray irradiation part 31 to a flat panel detector 32 and the surface of the top plate 11 becomes a target angle at which to perform radioscopy or radiography, the tilting operation of the top plate 11 is stopped.
