PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoroscopic apparatus capable of efficiently executing fluoroscopic work.SOLUTION: A control unit 50 comprises: an image acquisition section 51 which acquires an image for confirming a see-through region an angle calculation section 52 which calculates the angle of a C type arm for seeing through the see-through region a first movement propriety determination section 53 which determines whether or not the C type arm can be arranged at the position where the designated see-through region can be seen through a second movement propriety determination section 54 which determines whether or not the C type arm can be arranged at the position where the arrangement of an X-ray tube 11 and a flat panel detector 12 is reversed with respect to the position where the designated see-through region can be seen through and a movement control section 55 which controls the movement of the C type arm.
