PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid volatilizing tool preventing liquid spill via a volatilizing material, and to provide a liquid volatilizing device equipped therewith.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid volatilizing tool including a liquid absorbing core sucking up a liquid, and a volatilization body connected to the upper end of the liquid absorbing core. The volatilization body has a laminate structure including a fiber accumulation body and a resin foam. The fiber accumulation body is a volatilizing material holding and gradually volatilizing the liquid sucked up through the absorbing core and contacts directly with the upper end of the absorbing core.
