PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper facilitating putting on a wearer, easy to view a graphic formed on a graphic sheet, and excellent in appearance.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper 1 is provided with a composite expansible material 5 on a girth part WP. The composite expansible material includes a first nonwoven fabric sheet part and a second nonwoven fabric sheet part 6U and 6L overlapped on each other, and an elastic member 7 and a graphic sheet 8 arranged between the nonwoven fabric sheet parts. The shrinkage force of the elastic member is made not to substantially act on a graphic formation part 5G in the girth part.
