PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference system capable of improving the whole productivity of a conference to be held by a plurality of conference participants.SOLUTION: A control part 20 of a conference system includes: a personal productivity acquisition part 21 for acquiring the values of a plurality of personal productivity respectively corresponding to biological information having correlation with the plurality of personal productivity measured by a biological measurement part 10 a whole productivity calculation part 22 for calculating the value of whole productivity by using the values of the plurality of personal productivity acquired by the personal productivity acquisition part a determination part 23 for determining whether or not the value of the whole productivity calculated by the whole productivity calculation part is less than a predetermined threshold and a driving part 24 for driving a simulation application part 30 to apply stimulation to increase the value of the whole productivity to a plurality of conference participants 1, 2, 3 and 4 when it is determined that the value of the whole productivity is less than the threshold by the determination part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
