PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron capture therapy system capable of improving an operation rate of a whole system.SOLUTION: A neutron capture therapy system 100 comprises: an accelerator 10 including a first beam exit aperture 12A and a second beam exit aperture 12B a first target TA that is irradiated with a charged particle beam R exited from the first beam exit aperture 12A to generate a neutron beam N a second target TB that is irradiated with a charged particle beam R exited from the second beam exit aperture 12B to generate a neutron beam N a first beam transport part 30A that connects the first beam exit aperture 12A and the first target TA and a second beam transport part 30B that connects the second beam exit aperture 12B and the second target TB.
