PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a potential treatment device constituted so as to reduce induction noise to measure more accurate output voltage.SOLUTION: A high potential generating part 1 generates the potential applied to the human body. A first outlet terminal 3 and a second outlet terminal 4 output the potential generated by the high potential generating part 1 and a first resistor 5 is connected across the first terminal 10 and first output terminal 3 of the high potential generating part 1 while a second resistor 6 is connected across the second terminal 11 and second output terminal 4 of the high potential generating part 1. A switch 7 is connected across one end and the other end of the second resistor 6 so as to become parallel to the second resistor 6.
