PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling heating changeover device capable of being easily connected to an air conditioner for agricultural or animal industry, executing a cooling operation and a heating operation to be changed over and capable of preferentially controlling a temperature within facility.SOLUTION: This invention comprises an output terminal 13 connected to an indoor temperature sensor input terminal 47 of a control device 43 for controlling an air conditioner 40 capable of performing an automatic changeover between cooling and heating； a first resistor 11 selectively connected to the output terminal 13 and a second resistor 12 having a larger resistance value than that of the first resistor； and a relay 20 for opening or closing a circuit for connecting the output terminal 13 with the first resistor 11 and a circuit for connecting the output terminal 13 with the second resistor 12, respectively. Upon inputting of a cooling operation signal MS1, a relay 21 is changed over to cause the first resistor 11 to be connected with the output terminal 13 and upon inputting of a heating operation signal MS2, a relay 22 is changed over to cause the second resistor 12 to be connected to the output terminal 13. With this arrangement as above, it is possible to change over the cooling and the heating to be executed and preferably control a temperature within facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】農畜産用の空調機に容易に接続でき、冷房運転及び暖房運転を切り替えて実行させ、施設内の温度を好適に制御することが可能な冷暖房切替装置を提供する。【解決手段】冷暖房自動切替運転可能な空調機４０を制御する制御装置４３の室内温度センサ入力端子４７に接続される出力端子１３と、出力端子１３に択一的に接続される第１の抵抗器１１及びそれよりも抵抗値の大きい第２の抵抗器１２と、出力端子１３と第１の抵抗器１１をつなぐ回路及び出力端子１３と第２の抵抗器１２をつなぐ回路を夫々開閉する継電器２０と、を有し、冷房運転信号ＭＳ１が入力されたら継電器２１が切り替えられて出力端子１３に第１の抵抗器１１が接続され、暖房運転信号ＭＳ２が入力されたら継電器２２が切り替えられて出力端子１３に第２の抵抗器１２が接続される。これにより、冷房及び暖房を切り替えて実行させて施設内の温度を好適に制御することができる。【選択図】図３
