Specifically disclosed is an electric potential treatment device (1) for forming an electric field to provide treatment using the high voltage outputted from a high-voltage transformer (51), wherein a plurality of output terminals (52, 53) with different potentials are formed on the secondary side of the high-voltage transformer (51), the output terminal (53) becoming a high potential out of the plurality of output terminals is connected to a therapeutic electrode (4) of a foot rest (3), and a pilot lamp (6) is connected to the output terminal (52) becoming a low potential difference relative to the output terminal (53) becoming the high potential.
