PURPOSE: A high voltage electric potential therapy device is provided to adjust a voltage level according to the condition of a patient and to make effective electrical potential treatment possible. CONSTITUTION: A high voltage electric potential therapy device comprises: a voltage control unit(10) for controlling the voltage of input power source to predetermined voltage； a high pressure electric potential generator(19) for changing power source transformed at a predetermined voltage level into direct current or alternating current of the high pressure and outputting the current； an output unit(24) for outputting the direct current or alternating current to a patient； a microcomputer(5)； and a pulse rate sensor(14) for outputting a detected pulse signal.본 발명의 과제는, 특히 수면 중에 고압 전위 치료를 하는 경우에, 피치료자에게 가하는 전압의 레벨을 피치료자의 상태에 맞게 조정함으로써, 치료 효율을 높일 수 있도록 한 고압 전위 치료기를 제공하는 데 있다.상기의 과제를 해결하기 위해 본 발명은, 입력 전원의 전압을 소정의 전압으로 하기 위한 전압 제어 수단(10)과, 전압 제어 수단(10)에 의해 소정의 전압 레벨로 변압된 전원을 고압의 직류 또는 교류로 변환하여 출력하는 고압 전위 발생 수단(19)과, 고압 전위 발생 수단(19)에서 생성된 고압의 직류 또는 교류를 피치료자측으로 출력하는 출력 수단(24)과, 적어도 상기 전압 제어 수단(10), 고압 전위 발생 수단(19) 및 출력 수단(24)의 작동을 제어하는 마이크로 컴퓨터(5)와, 피치료자의 맥박을 검지하여 상기 검지된 맥박신호를 출력하는 맥박 센서(14)를 구비하며, 맥박 센서(14)에서 검지된 맥박수에 따라, 마이크로 컴퓨터(5)의 제어에 의해, 입력 전원의 전압을 소정의 전압으로 제어가능하도록 하였다.
