The present invention relates to a microsurgery apparatus and, more specifically, to a microsurgery device which comprises: a voltage supply device for generating voltage； an electric perforator connected with the voltage supply device and inducing the death of mass cells by the voltage； and a microcurrent stimulator coupled to the electric perforator to enhance cell permeability of an anticancer drug by electrical current. Effects of mass treatment such as the death induction of mass cells and improving the cell permeability of the anticancer drug are improved.본 발명은 극소 수술 장치에 관한 것이다. 더 상세하게는 전압을 발생시키기 위한 전압공급 장치, 전압공급 장치와 연결되어 전압에 의해 종괴세포의 사멸을 유도시키기 위한 전기 천공기, 전기 천공기와 연결되어 전류에 의해 항암제 세포 투과성을 향상시키기 위한 미세전류 자극기를 포함한다. 이를 통해 종괴세포의 사멸 유도, 항암제 세포 투과성 향상 등 종괴치료의 효과를 향상시킬 수 있다.
