PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device generating enough electricity noninvasively and constantly.SOLUTION: In a power supply device, oxygen infiltrated in an oxygen electrode pad 22, for instance being adsorbed in artificial hemocyte, is transported to an oxygen electrode 12 by so-called iontophoresis. That is, oxygen permeates through skin 90 by voltage applied to an oxygen-introducing electrode 21 and transported to the oxygen electrode 12. Similarly, a glucose solution infiltrated in a fuel electrode pad 24 is transported to a fuel electrode 13 by the voltage applied to a fuel-introducing electrode 23. The transported oxygen is reduced in the oxygen electrode 12, and the transported glucose is oxidized in the fuel electrode 13. Accordingly, by connecting the device to the oxygen electrode 12 and the fuel electrode 13, the device functions as a power supply. By means of the power supply device, the oxygen and glucose can be supplied noninvasively and constantly to the so-called fuel battery embedded in a body, so as to generate enough electricity noninvasively and constantly.
