The inner surfaces of support members 45 on both sides of the inner surface of a back piece is provided with third and fourth engaging portions that do not overlap each other when a support member 45 is overlapped by itself. When the external sheet 20 is connected, the first and fourth engaging portions 40 and 43 are engaged, and the second and third engaging portions 41 and 42 are engaged.
