PURPOSE: A winding device rope guide is provided to be mounted on a winding drum of a house heat-insulating cover, and to indicate the winding direction of the rope so that the rope is wound neatly. CONSTITUTION: A first fixing unit is formed on a first combining part(700). A second fixing unit is formed on a second combining part(750). A connecting part(850) connects the first and second combining parts. A rope penetration groove(500) is formed in any one of the first or second fixing units. The first and second combining parts are mounted on the surface of a winding device of a house heat-insulating cover, wherein the first and second fixing parts are geared and fixed. The rope penetration groove further comprises a fixing unit and a combining unit. The combining part combines the fixing unit and a winding penetration groove by using any one of a screw spike and an adhesive.
