PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To profitably provide a daily dish which gives a rich fragrance and a just produced flavor, when heated in a microwave oven, and to profitably provide a lunch having the daily dish therein. SOLUTION: This daily dish having a just prepared flavor and a juicy touch is characterized by receiving cooked or semi-cooked foods 11 in a container bag 1 having a water- and oil-resistant inner surface, having a self-supporting property and capable of being permanently folded, folding away its opening portion to wrap the foods, sealing the folded portion with a seal label 13, and then heating or semi-cooking the daily dish 16 packed in the container bag with a microwave oven, when eaten.
