PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanting machine having a seedling claw body capable of performing succeeding from a seedling pot of a seedling tray to a transplanting claw of a transplanting part at a high speed.
SOLUTION: The seedling transplanting machine is provided with a seedling taking claw comprising a pair of seedling claw bodies for successively taking out the seedling in the seedling pot by advancement/retreat and clamping operation and receiving/giving it to the planting claw. Seedling clamping action parts of the pair of seedling claw bodies in the seedling taking claw are branched to a plurality of parts respectively. Thus, by branching the seedling clamping action parts to a plurality of parts, action points that it clamps/acts on the seedling in the seedling pot of the seedling tray are increased, and the seedling removed out from the seedling pot can be retained at a stable attitude. After the seedling is carried onto the planting claw, the pair of seedling claw bodies are opened in a leaving direction respectively at an optimum timing and in an optimum direction. Thereby, high speed and stable transplanting accuracy can be attained as compared with conventional.
