Drug mold comprises a core, a gastric juice resistant intermediate layer, which is arranged on the surface of the core, and a casing, which is arranged on the side of the intermediate layer opposite to the core. Both the core and the casing respectively comprise a proportion of an active substance. The drug mold releases the active substance at least in two phases. The first phase relates to the immediate release of the active substance, after absorption into the gastric juice. An independent claim is also included for producing the drug mold comprising (a) preparing the core, (b) producing the intermediate layer, and (a) producing the casing.
