The present invention relates to: a method for preparing an implant, comprising the steps of preparing a mixture etching composition containing hydrogen peroxide and a water-soluble carbonate compound, and oxidatively etching an implant, which is made from titanium or a titanium alloy, by immersing the same in the etching composition a titanium or titanium alloy implant prepared by being oxidatively etched with a mixture etching composition containing hydrogen peroxide and a water-soluble carbonate compound and a composition for surface-treating an implant, containing hydrogen peroxide and a water-soluble carbonate compound. In addition, the present invention relates to: a titanium or titanium alloy implant which is prepared by being oxidatively etched with an etching composition containing hydrogen peroxide and a basic solution and in which irregularities of an open channel structure having the shape of a continuous or discontinuous nanoscale line are formed on the surface thereof and a preparation method therefor. The surface of a titanium alloy treated by using the mixture etching composition containing hydrogen peroxide and a carbonate compound or the etching composition containing hydrogen peroxide and a basic solution of the present invention comprises micrometer-sized irregularities and channel-shaped nanometer-sized irregularities, and thus has an increased surface area, can have improved wettability and can effectively promote cell proliferation and osteocyte differentiation.
