The present invention relates to an apparatus for fumigating fruits and vegetables using an airtight facility and an external controller. The purpose of the present invention is to fundamentally preventing a worker from being exposed to toxic fumigation gas by controlling fumigation outside the facility while performing fumigation inside the facility which is completely enclosed. To this end, the apparatus for fumigating fruits and vegetables of the present invention comprises: a chemical tank (10)； a vaporizer (30) for heating liquid chemicals to vaporize； and a spray nozzle for spraying, on fruits and vegetables, fumigation gas vaporized by the vaporizer (30).
