The present invention relates to an apparatus for washing fruits and vegetables, and specifically, to an apparatus for washing fruits and vegetables, capable of preventing the fruits and the vegetables from being damaged, and enhancing washing efficiency by adjusting the quantity and the size (buoyancy) of fine bubbles according to the hardness of the fruits and the vegetables.
