The method of manufacturing a cosmetic composition with natural vitamins and yeast includes: a step of smashing fruits or vegetables by using a juicer or squeezer； a step of obtaining a first juice by making the smashed matter of the vegetables or fruits go through a first filter； a step of obtaining a second juice by making the first juice go through a second filter； and a step of adding preservatives to the second juice.
