The present invention is alternate bittern solidified by an extract using medicinal herb of Schizandra chinensis and Japanese sumac. The bittern is obtained by that a mixture of fruits of Schizandra chinensis and Salicornia herbacea L. sap or fruits of Japanese sumac is precipitated in water and mixed, dregs are filtered from precipitation, a thermally-concentrated object and leaves of Japanese sumac are boiled in water to remove dregs therein, and single or two elements with the thermally-concentrated object are mixed to be frozen and dried.본 발명은 종래의 화학약품 또는 소금에서 만든 간수를 썼으나 오미자, 오배자나무 약초를 이용한 추출물로 고형화 한 대체 간수이다.
