PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform shielding so that the scattered X-ray generated at a measuring object bone in bone density measurement does not reach a trunk part of a subject.SOLUTION: A scattered X-ray shield device 12 is assembled to a bone density measuring device 10. The scattered X-ray shield device 12 has a frame 20 and a shield plate 22. The shield plate 22 is in a deployment state so as to cover an upper side opening of a measuring groove 14 to which a forearm 16A is inserted when measuring. Thus, a scattered X-ray heading to a trunk part 16B from the forearm 16A is shielded by the shield plate 22.
