PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the head in a stable posture even in a case where a back massage mechanism is vertically moved and the head of a user cannot be supported by the back massage mechanism any more.SOLUTION: A chair type massage machine 1 includes a backrest part 3 against which a user leans, a back massage mechanism 6 incorporated in the backrest part 3, and a back guide rail 7 for guiding the back massage mechanism 6 vertically in the backrest part 3.
