PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar fishline winding tool which comprises a substrate in which a plurality of fishline holding parts in a tongue shape are formed in an outer periphery in a circumferential direction, and the fishline is wound by being sequentially positioned on the front and back of the holding part in the circumferential direction, safely stores a hook tip of a fishhook belonging to the fishline, and extremely easily cleans the hook tip.SOLUTION: The planar fishline winding tool has the rotation center in the middle of the substrate 10c, in which a hook tip hole 13 in which the hook tip of the fishhook G mounted to the fishline T is inserted is formed near the rotation center rather than a holding position of the fishline held by the fishline holding part 12c. A cover plate 30 for covering the part opposing to the hook tip inserted from the hook tip hole 13 is provided on the back side of the substrate 10c. The substrate and the cover plate 30 comprise non-water-absorbing planar materials.
