The present invention relates to a crushing apparatus of a mushroom sprout, and especially, to an apparatus which can crush the mushroom sprout, germinated on a side of a shiitake mushroom medium (10), without tearing plastic sheets on the side. The crushing apparatus comprises: a support portion (100) placed on the floor； a medium progression portion (200) including first and second rotary shafts (230) which are arranged in parallel from one side to the other side of an upper portion of the support portion (100), and a plurality of elastic pins (210) which are attached on the surfaces of the first and second rotary shafts (230) in a spiral shape； and a driving portion (300) composed of a motor (310) which rotates and drives the first and second rotary shafts (230), and a power transfer portion (320) which transfers kinetic energy of the motor (310) to the first and second rotary shafts (230) to make the first and second rotary shafts (230) be rotated in a same direction. The crushing apparatus can reduce a lot of time and manpower as being capable of quickly removing the mushroom sprouts in a lump. The mushroom sprout can be removed at high speed by being removed by the elastic pins, so the crushing apparatus can remove the mushroom sprouts without a damage to the side plastic sheets of the mushroom medium (10).본 발명은 버섯 눈 압사 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 표고버섯 배지(10)의 측면에 발아되는 버섯 눈을 측면 비닐의 찢어짐 없이 압사시킬 수 있는 장치에 관한 것이며, 바닥에 놓이는 지지부(100)와, 상기 지지부(100) 상부의 일측에서 타측으로 평행하게 배치되는 제1 및 제2회전축(230)과, 상기 제1 및 제2회전축(230) 표면에 나선형으로 부착되는 복수개의 탄성핀(210)을 포함하는 배지 진행부(200)와, 상기 제1 및 제2회전축(230)을 회전구동시키는 전동기(310)과, 제1 및 제2회전축(230)이 같은 방향으로 회전되도록 전동기(310)의 운동에너지를 제1 및 제2회전축(230)에 전달시키는 동력전달부(320)로 이루어지는 구동부(300)를 포함하여 이루어져 버섯 눈을 빠른 속도로 일괄 제거로 제거시킬 수 있게 되어 막대한 시간과 인력의 절감이 가능하며, 빠른 속도로 버섯 눈 제거가 가능하면서도 탄성 핀에 의하여 제거됨으로써 버섯 배지(10) 측면 비닐의 손상 없이 버섯 눈 제거가 가능하게 되는 버섯 눈 압사 장치를 제공하고자 한다.
